The customer is solely responsible for any legal issues arising from intellectual property violations.
- Usage Rights: By providing content for printing, the customer grants IOKPRINT a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and modify the content for the purpose of fulfilling the order.
Liability
- Limitation of Liability: IOKPRINT’s liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with the provision of services is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the specific service. IOKPRINT is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits or loss of business.
- Force Majeure: IOKPRINT is not liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these Terms due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of God, or government restrictions.
